什么是GoUIW?

Students can create a GoUIW account to begin, complete and check the status of an application as well as sign up for UIW events. Students who applied to UIW through 应用Texas or Common App can also check application statuses through GoUIW.

Follow the instructions below to start your application, 访问您的申请状态, track your submitted application items and register for admission events.

如果你是通过 应用Texas, Scoir 或者是 常见的应用程序, you’ll need to set up a GoUIW account to track your admissions status, but you do not need to submit another UIW application.

You can still create a GoUIW account and keep up with the status of your application. 你应用Texas, Scoir或常见的应用程序 will be linked to this portal where you can track your missing application items and register for admissions events. 注意: If you have already started or submitted an application to UIW through 应用Texas, Scoir或常见的应用程序, do not start a new application in your GoUIW account 避免重复应用.

Sign in to your GoUIW account using your email and your password. 如果你忘了密码, don’t worry! It’s easy to reset it by choosing the "Forgot Your Password" option in the login window. If you still have trouble logging in, you can contact the 招生办公室 at admission@uiwtx.edu.

    1. If 状态 = 开始, your application has not been submitted. You can select 编辑 under the Action column to submit your application.
    2. If 状态 = 行动要求, your application has been submitted and there are required supplemental items that we have not yet received such as your school transcripts. Select 视图 in the Action column to review the missing supplemental items. 提交 your documents by emailing them in PDF format to admissiondocs@uiwtx.edu 或邮寄至:

    3. If 状态 = 完成, your application has been submitted and all the required supplemental items have been received. 注意: In the 专业研究学院, you may have additional documents not noted in this portal.
    4. If 状态 = 递延, your application has been changed to a different entry term per your request.
    5. If 状态 = 撤销, your application has been withdrawn per your request.
    6. If 状态 is blank, please contact the 招生办公室 for more information regarding your status.
  2. Finish filling out your started application.
    1. Select 编辑 在“行动”一栏下.
    2. 点击 提交 at the end of your application to send your application to UIW.
  3. 视图 the missing supplemental items for your submitted application.

    2. Select Supplemental Items and Documents tab .

如果你忘了密码, you can easily reset it from the sign in page and select the “Forgot Your Password” link. If you need login assistance, please contact the 招生办公室 at admission@uiwtx.edu.

点击 on the GoUIW application for your student type:

If you are locked out of your GoUIW account, please contact the 招生办公室 at admission@uiwtx.edu. The 招生办公室 will reset your password and send you a temporary password to your personal email account. Use this temporary password to log in to your GoUIW account and create a new password.

How do I check my application status for one of the 卫生专业学校?

Prospective students to the health professions schools apply in the Centralize Application System (CAS). The application process involves an invitation to interview along with other steps. 点击 on each school for information on the complete application process and contact with that school’s admissions team.

*To apply for non-nursing degrees in the Ila Faye Miller School of Nursing, use the GoUIW application instructions above.
